Tara’s studio is in Aventura, which makes this the shortest trip of all — a few minutes from Aventura Mall, Founders Park or the Waterways. With a newborn only a week or two old that matters more than it sounds: less time in the car seat means a calmer, sleepier baby when the session starts.

Everything for the session is already here — wraps, outfits, props, backdrops and accessories. Families from Aventura usually come during the first two weeks after birth, and many come back later for six-month and first-birthday photos.
