1. Information we collect
Information you provide: contact and booking form details (name, email, phone, message); session contract data (name, mailing address, email, phone, baby’s due date or date of birth, session details, electronic signature); payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store your full card number); and messages you send via SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram.
Information collected automatically: usage and device data via analytics (e.g., Google Analytics 4); advertising and measurement data via tools such as the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags if we run ads; and cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use your information
To respond to inquiries; schedule and deliver photography sessions and manage your contract; process payments and deliver digital products; operate, secure and improve the site; measure and, where applicable, deliver advertising; send booking-related information and, with your consent, occasional updates; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)
We rely on performance of a contract, consent (for marketing, non-essential cookies and advertising tracking), legitimate interests, and legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate under agreements limiting their use of it, including Google (analytics, advertising), Meta (advertising), Stripe (payments), our website host, and our email provider, and with authorities where required by law.

We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent where required, analytics and advertising cookies. Visitors in applicable regions can accept or decline non-essential cookies via our cookie banner and browser settings.
6. Your rights

7. Children’s images and information
We photograph infants and children only at the request of, and with the consent of, a parent or legal guardian, who provides any related information and signs our session agreement. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
8. Data retention
We keep contract, booking and payment records as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them. Session images are retained per your session agreement.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States and use U.S.-based providers. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including HTTPS) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest revision; material changes will be posted on this page.
